Separation
For this phase, our equipment includes guillotines and separation trommels. These are very robust pieces of equipment, built with a column structure and automatic operation
Washing
At this stage, the aim is to free the material from the contaminants that accompany it. The equipment used in this phase varies depending on the materials to be treated and can act alone or together to achieve the best result
Shredding
Our equipment is designed for all types of recyclable plastics, from small plastic packaging up to capacities of around 1000 liters, household bottles, dairy packaging, GRG, film, metal packaging up to 200 liters, among others
Drying
The crushed and washed material carries with it considerable quantities of water which, despite being separated in the conveyor augers that connect the various pieces of equipment in the system and which have perforated plate bottoms to facilitate this separation, needs to be removed so that the material can be treated in the next phase by the extruder, granulator or pelletizer
